KERAMER CORP wants to make sure that your purchase is a satisfactory experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, please take into account the following information:

 

  1. Procedure to request product change and returns.
    1. To manage your case, due to quality issues or mistakes please fill-out the form in the following link: https://www.recamier.com/usa/web/contacto/ (on the “Type of request” field, select “Product quality issue claim”). If dealing with a quality product issue, please try to report the lot number normally printed on the product’s bottle or bag in its label.
    2. Requests or claims will be attended to in a time frame of fifteen (15) business days.
    3. Since every person may develop allergies at any moment, if this happens, the product’s usage must be suspended and you must talk to your doctor.
    4. In case of an allergic reaction, suspend the prouct’s usage and talk to your primary care doctor as soon as possible. All cases and claims will be sent to RECAMIER S.A customer service department, the product’s manufacturers, who will then start a revision of the case with the company’s expert team. If there’s a diagnosis for an adverse reaction related to the making, composition, or quality of the product, KERAMER CORP will allow for a product change or a refund in a timeframe of up to thirty (30) calendar days (starting the following day of the request, backed up by the diagnosis of a professional dermatologist).
    5. Consequently, no product change or return requests will be accepted whenever there’s a diagnosis for allergy not related to a n adverse reaction related to the product’s manufacturing, composition or overall quality.
    6. Refunds will be made through the Authorize.net payment platform, to the credit card with which the purchase was made. For credit cards, you must take into the account that the reimbursed amount may take from 15 up to 30 days to appear in the bank extract, depending on the issuing bank’s policies. The timeframe each bank assumes to properly show this new balance is not KERAMER CORP’s responsibility,
    7. In case your product change or refund request is rejected, Keramer Corp will send the customer’s a written note explaining the reasons for the request’s rejection.
    8. The product’s warranty does NOT cover the buyer’s perceptions or expectations regarding the product or the inmediate results of its usage.
  2. Product change and return

 

  1. Product change is allowed for products that show a defect related to their overall quality and which are requested in the set timefrime for product change: up to 8 work days after the product’s delivery.
  2. There won’t be product change for products that have been used, modified or extracted from their original packaging and that have had their original parts and accesories removed.
  3. Please verify that all your products have been delivered to you in a perfect condition. After delivery, KERAMER CORP is NOT responsible for product loss.
  4. Product change and refund requests will not be accepted for products that were used for purposes they were not designed for, when products have had their contents modified or when they have been used in a wrongly or when said products have been used according to their usage instructions, recommendations and warnings.
  5. Product change and refund requests will not be accepted if its proved that the defect has been caused by issues beyond the company’s control or fortuitous occurrences.
  6. In order to process the product change, please upload the request up to 8 business days after its delivery, through the following link: https://www.recamier.com/usa/web/contacto (on the “request type” field please select “product quality claims”).
  7. For refunds, please upload the request up to 8 business day after its delivery, through the following link: https://www.recamier.com/usa/web/contacto/. For refunds and given the payment was made by Credit Card, said reimbursement will take from 15 up to 30 days to be properly shown in your credit extract, according to the issuing bank’s policies. The timeframe in which each bank will reflect this new account balance is NOT KERAMER CORP. Responsibility.
  8. We don’t process product change requests arisen because of causes different from the quality issues already mentioned: if the ordered product does not live up to your expectations, what you must do is return it.

 

 

  1. Shipment

KERAMER CORP will only ship products inside the United States national territory (including all of its States and Territories, but not including P.O Box, Military APO, FPO Boxes) and depending on the transporting company’s own reach. The time that the product will take to be delivered to the customer’s adress after its purchase depends on the provided adress, its location and the already defined shipment times.

    2. Once your product has been delivered you must verify that it’s properly sealed and with no alteration. In case of any incident during delivery, the customer must fill the form located at https://www.recamier.com/usa/web/contacto/ before 24 hours after delivery. (in the “Request type” field please select “Product quality claims”).
