Search for the product you’d like with the Search Engine or browse the “Categories” menu. You can also search for various products at once using the “List Search” function.

Once you’ve found your desired product, you can look into its details and add it to your shopping cart directly from the product listing by clicking on the “Add” button.

 

If you’ve already gathered all the products you need in your shopping cart, you can click on “Checkout” on the cart menu.

 

In order to proceed with the order, you need to fill out your personal information and select your prefered payment and delivery method. All your data is kept secure and is easy to input and fill-out.

How is my money refunded?

We know that, sometimes, things don’t turn out as you’d expect. Thankfully, it is possible, most of the times, to go back.

Once you’ve returned the product according to our own Product Change and Return Policies, and we have the confirmation of the product’s return receipt (or that you confirmed that the order never arrived), the refund process is started through our payment platform.

 

To issue a refund request through the Quick Refund option, KERAMER CORP follows these steps:

 

KERAMER CORP logs-in to the Authorize.net interface.

Clicks on the “Transaction search” option in the main toolbar.

Clicks on the “Search for a transaction” in the left side main menu.

Selects the desired dates to visualize the drop-off menu or performs a query by Payment Method (Credit Card) or by a Credit Card Number, or by other types of information (Customer’s first or last name, or the transaction’s number).

Clicks on “Perform Search”.

Clicks on the ID number of the transaction that means to refund.

On the “Transaction Details” that is displayed next, clicks on the “Refund” option. A pop-up window appears.

If a partial refund is in order, the “Amount” field will be modified accordingly.

Additionally, it is possible to add or update the “Bill number” for this refund or to leave notes on the “Description” field.

If the customer is meant to receive an email with the refund’s bill, it confirms that the “customer’s email” field is present and checks the “Transaction bill sent by email to the customer” box (if the email has been provided).

Clicks on “Accept” to send the refund request.

 

Do you provide shipment outside the USA?

No, we only provide shipping inside the national territory of the United States (including all states and territories, we do not ship to P.O Boxes, Military APO and/or FPO Boxes)

How can i check on my orders’ status?

Can i modify or cancel an order?

What’s the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time for your order is around 2 to 7 business days, starting from the day the order was received and paid for. This time may very depending on the delivery address and the delivery company’s coverage.

When does the delivery time start?

What happens if there’s a mistake in my shipping address when confirming my order?

How can I request a product return?

If you want to return a product, you must visit the following link: https://www.recamier.com/usa/web/contact/, and we will solve your issue as soon as possible. Remember to visit our Product Change and Return Policy for additional information.

You don’t need to package your returned product or print a delivery label. We will send you a product return shipment code through email: print it and follow the instructions on it, or, display it in your smartphone to the office FEDEX instructs you to go. They will proceed to package, label and ship your product return free-of-charge.

The working hours for the assigned office will be bound to change given the COVID-19 precautions taken by the store itself. Please confirm said’s office current working hours before proceeding.

How long do I have to request a product change?

You have 8 business days after you’ve received your product to request a product return. Please read our Product Change and Return Policy for additional information.

Regarding the products      

Does Recamier test its products in animals?

RECAMIER S.A does not test products in animals for neither development, production or commercialization of its products.

Why do some products contain paraben agents?

Parabens are widely studied and used in the cosmetic products’ industry. There come in two kinds: long-chain parabens (Isopropylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Phenylparaben, Benzylparaben, and Pentylparaben and short-chain parabens (Butylparaben, Propylparaben y Methylparaben). However, recent studies brought up a series of warnings regarding how safe long-chain parabens’ use may be, because of this, their use is banned for cosmetic products and Recamier follows these instructions. However, those same studies and safety tests (conducted by safety commitees in the European Union) also shown that short-chain parabens (Butylparaben, Propylparaben and Methylparaben) are safe for use and quite effective to preserve beauty products, since they possess proven antimicrobian and antifungal effects when used in small quantities. At Recamier, we do use short-chain parabens in some products as a preservative agent. We also have a large catalog of paraben-free products, so as to let the users choose which product they like best. In both cases we assure them of both safe and highly effective beauty products.

Which products are paraben-free?

Most of our products are Paraben-free. For example our Muss Botanika, Muss 3D or Vitane product line. To know which products contain parabens, please read the label on the product (or the product page in our website) and, under the “ingredients” section be on the lookout for any substance that contains the suffix “-paraben”.

Which products are hypoallergenic?

Hypoallergenic are products that have a lower risk of causing allergenic reactions (this is backed by dermatological studies that prove so). You may identify which products are hypoallergenic  when you find this word on their label. One example of these products are Tanga’s sunblockers.

What is the products expiration date?

An expiration date is the product expected utility time, as it keeps fulfilling its cosmetic function and you can find such date in the label of each of Recamier products’ packaging.

Do Recamier shampoo products contain salt?

Recamier’s shampoo products do NOT contain salt (also know as Sodium Chloride) on their formula, whith the exception of Keratin Shampoo from our SalonIN line.

 

Are there any sulfate or silicone-free products in the catalogue?

Yes, please refer to our Green Fortest Thin and Oil Shampoo and the products from our Color Intensifier Shampoo line from SalonIN.
