Your privacy is very important to us. This privacy policy addresses how KERAMER CORPORATION and our affiliates and subsidiaries ("KERAMER" or "we" or "us" or "our") collects and use information provided in connection with transactions, activities, and data gathered when a User/Provider ("you" or "user") visits or uses the Site. Please note that the use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of this Policy. If you do not want us to handle your information, please do not visit or use the Site. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the KERAMER Terms of Use. Any capitalized terms used and not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.
Section 1. Effective Date: Changes
This Policy applies to all information collected by or provided to us on or after the Effective Date. KERAMER will periodically review and make changes to this Policy as KERAMER updates and expands the Site. When we make any changes, we will update the Effective Date above. We will treat your continued use of the Site following such changes as your acceptance of the changes. If our practices change regarding previously collected personal information in a way that would be materially less restrictive than stated in the version of this Policy in effect at the time we collected the information, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and obtain consent to any such uses as may be required by law, but will not be liable for any failure to do so. We also encourage you to periodically review this Policy.
Section 2. Information Collected on the Site In order to operate the Site and to provide you with information about services that may be of interest to you, we may collect "Personal Information", which means information that could be used to identify, contact, or locate you directly such as full name, username, password, postal address, phone number, email address, photographs, and age/birth date or, for certain products or services, your social security number, or financial information, and for certain e-commerce transactions your credit card information. By using the Site, you are authorizing us to gather, analyze, and retain data related to the provision of the Site. It may be possible to browse various sections of the Sites without submitting any Personal Information. We do not collect any type of sensitive information such as, race, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political opinions, health or mortality, religious beliefs, or trade unions memberships.

- Public content: You may provide information publicly through the Services, such as when you leave a review for one of our products, or when you contribute to discussion forums.
Section 3. Disclosure of Information to Others
To operate the Site, including processing your transactions and supporting your activities on the Site, we may share your personal information with vendors, agents, and third-party service providers such as, Paypal, Amazon, ePartner Commerce, Vtex, (Web Service Providers), Authorize.net, so they can provide us with support services such as email origination, receipt or support services, and user relationship management services. We may allow access to other data collected by the Site to enable the delivery of our online advertising on the Site and on other websites and online services, or to send you information we think may be useful or relevant to you. Other Users. When you agree to provide Services as a Provider, we will display certain information about you to the Users. This information may include your name, photograph, geo-location, and rating. When you submit a Service, we will display certain information about you to Providers, such as your name, address, and contact information.
Social Networking and Other Websites. The Site may allow you to share information, including personal information, with social networking websites, such as Facebook. We do not share your personal information with them unless you direct the Site to share it. Their use of the information will be governed by their privacy policies, and you may be able to modify your privacy settings on their websites.
Legal and Similar Disclosures. We may access, preserve, and disclose collected information, if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; respond to your requests; or protect your, our, or others' rights, property, or safety. Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. KERAMER provides you with the ability to access and edit your personal information. To update your personal information, sign in to and access the settings menu. There you can view, update and correct your account information. So that we can protect the integrity of sensitive data, there are certain pieces of information, that you cannot alter yourself. Section 5. Information Retention
To preserve the integrity of our databases, standard procedure calls for us to retain information submitted by members for an indefinite length of time. You agree that we may store the information we collect for indefinite length of time.
Section 6. Children's Information
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 as the Site is not directed at users under 18. Section 7. Choice/Opt-Out
KERAMER provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from our partners and us and gives users the option to remove their information from our database, to not receive future marketing communications or to no longer receive our Services. If you receive an unsolicited marketing email from a KERAMER email address, please contact https://www.recamier.com/usa/web/contacto/ You can also stop receiving promotional e-mails at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any promotional e-mail that you receive.
If you are a KERAMER client, you may request access to your personal information by completing and submitting a Request Form https://www.recamier.com/usa/web/contacto/. If required by law, upon request, we will grant you reasonable access to the personal information we have about you.
If you have created an account, you can update your name, e-mail address, security questions, and other preferences by logging into your account and clicking on the “My Account” page. You may also contact us to update your information by or https://www.recamier.com/usa/web/contacto/. If you have given KERAMER permission to store your credit card information and you don’t want merchants like KERAMER to receive your updated credit card information through your credit card issuer’s account updater service, please contact your card issuer.
Typically we retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. You may, however, request that we delete your personal information by completing and submitting a Request Form or https://www.recamier.com/usa/web/contacto/. If required by law, we will grant a request to delete information. Please note that in many situations we must retain all, or a portion, of your personal information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, to protect against fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity, or for another one of our business purposes.
You can request that we remove content or information that you have posted on a public page on some of our websites (such as part of a Ratings & Review) by e-mailing details to Customer Service at https://www.recamier.com/usa/web/contacto/_. Please note that while we will endeavor to honor your request, our removal of your content or information does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of that information from our website. For example, historical copies, or “caches,” may remain.
Section 8. Our Security Precautions
Your Profile is password-protected so that only you and authorized KERAMER employees have access to your account information. In order to maintain this protection, do not give your password to anyone. KERAMER staff will never proactively reach out to you and ask for any personal account information, including your password. If you share a computer or mobile device, you should sign out of your account and close the browser window before someone else logs on. This will help protect your information entered on public terminals from disclosure to third parties. For certain requests, we may also ask you to provide details about the most recent purchase you made online or in store.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf to access or delete your personal information. To do so, you must: (1) provide that authorized agent written and signed permission to submit such request; and (2) verify your own identity directly with us. Please note, we may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf.
If you have been designated as an authorized agent to submit a request on behalf of another client, you must (1) download and complete this Authorized Agent Designation Form and have it signed by the client, and (2) attach the signed form when you submit a Request Form.
